These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VolleyEdge mobile application ("App") operated by Pung Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the App
VolleyEdge is a volleyball coaching and statistics tool intended for personal and professional coaching use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Pung Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Your Data
All data you enter into VolleyEdge (player names, statistics, schedules) is stored locally on your device and remains yours. We do not access, collect, or transmit your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pung Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
